Bell Bottom Blues

It’s funny as you get older you think certain clothing fades out of style, only to grow up and realize it never did. Bell bottoms originated as sailor uniforms in 1854 from the U.S Navy. What they called “bell bottoms” were wide-legged trousers that flared below the knee. In the mid 1960’s bell bottoms became fashionable for men and women in Europe and North America. Now the skinny jean has become the new trend, however boot-cut and flare jeans have never gone out of style and remain very popular in office wear and denim fashion. My pants are from love culture, fedora hat from target, kaisely top, Zigi Soho heels, and my bracelet is Bcbg Max Azria.
