My Current Workout Routine

Last year I was not as disciplined as I would of liked to be with my workout routine. I basically stopped working out and loaded up on carbs, sugar, and fried foods. This year I’ve decided to have some discipline and make the effort to go to the gym 3-4 times a week. Over the last year I thinned up a lot from flying so much and eating a mostly pescatarian diet. This is the thinnest I’ve ever been so I felt it was a good time to tighten up my body and gain some muscle. Overall, I love the feeling I have after a good sweat session. I’m open to doing nature workouts, running, and trying out yoga because let’s be honest the gym can get boring! The focus is to keep it fun and find things I actually want to get up out of the bed to do.

Besides being a pescatarian I don’t have a specific diet. Lots of greens, meats, no sugar, and no carbs, water, tea, and sometimes coffee. I have my days where I eat whatever I want, I’m not perfect. Laying low on the bread is the hardest part for me! If I do decide to eat crazy things I just go harder or extra on my workouts. I usually start off running or walking for a mile and then using the Workout for Women’s app to do resistance workouts. This app has so many demonstrated and timed exercises that you could never become bored.
